The DS1000 series high-power high-voltage adjustable DC power supplies are high-frequency switching DC power supplies adopting PWM technology. With a modular design and advanced DSP digital control technology, they ensure high precision, low ripple, fast dynamic response speed of voltage and current in the DC power output, and an efficiency as high as 93%. Compared with traditional thyristor power supplies, high-frequency switching DC power supplies have advantages such as small size, light weight, low ripple, high power factor, and good stability, especially the stability of high-voltage output is particularly obvious. The products are mainly positioned to meet the demand for high-precision DC power supplies in electronic power production, battery industry, PCB board manufacturing industry, communication, PLC power supply, electromechanical aging test, research institutions, and laboratories.

Product Features

1. High-speed DSP is used for PID calculation, directly outputting PWM. It features a modular design, high power density, small size, and significantly reduces the failure rate;

2. The control circuit adopts a high-speed CPU, ensuring high voltage regulation accuracy and small ripple;A 16-bit high-speed ADC is used for fast and accurate measurement of voltage and current values;

3. The output voltage, current, and power can be set from zero to the full range;

4. The use of constant voltage, constant current, and constant power can be automatically cross-converted, maintaining the characteristics of both control and protection;

5. LED display with 5-digit digital display for voltage and current;

6. Parallel operation function: External M&S master-slave parallel port. A single machine can arbitrarily switch between master and slave through system settings, supporting up to 200 units of the same model for parallel operation;

7. Communication interfaces: Optional RS232, RS485, GPIB communication interfaces, MODBUS-RTU standard communication protocol, and a standard 0-5V analog signal interface;

8. Equipped with overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection functions;

9. Input and output isolation.
