The ACL-R-P series single/three-phase programmable AC load incorporates new alloy resistive wire material and operates 
via energy dissipation. It employs forced air cooling with compact axial fans, delivering high airflow, excellent heat dissipation, 
and low noise. Capable of simulating various power loads, it is suitable for routine maintenance testing, factory acceptance 
testing, and product aging of switch-mode power supplies, generator sets, inverters, and similar equipment.

The ACL-R-P series is a single-/three-phase programmable AC load built with advanced alloy resistive wire and forced-air cooling via compact axial fans, ensuring high airflow, excellent heat dissipation, and low noise. It can simulate various power loads and is ideal for routine maintenance, factory acceptance, and aging tests for switch-mode power supplies, generator sets, inverters, UPS, and aviation (400 Hz) equipment.

Key features include a 7-inch LCD touchscreen and PLC interface, supporting local and PC control with dedicated host software. The programmable sequencer allows 0-20 power/current steps, configurable with 1 ms resolution and up to 999,999 cycles. Real-time measurement data can be uploaded and logged for full traceability. Stainless-steel alloy resistors eliminate thermal-drift impedance errors. Users can set discharge power, duration, and automatic shutdown. The load evaluates efficiency, full-load output, and dynamic response, simulating surges and sags. Safety includes emergency stop, overload/short-circuit/over-temperature protection (0–100°C adjustable with real-time monitoring). An integrated power-factor navigator automatically calculates discharge values from power, current, or PF settings.
